What is “SNOW MIKU”?
"SNOW MIKU" is the character who enlivens the wintery Hokkaido.
The design is based on "a pure white snow sculpture of 'Hatsune Miku,'" that was created for "Sapporo Snow Festival 2010." Since then, a "SNOW MIKU" festival using "SNOW MIKU" as a main character has been held in Hokkaido every year.
Ｔhe costume design for "SNOW MIKU" is selected in an online competition on different themes every year, and as for 2017, the theme is "the starry sky/constellations of the winter Hokkaido."
"SNOW MIKU" will liven up Hokkaido this winter, together with all of you creators, as it has done for several years!

Synopsis
Brought up in a conflict-ridden environment, child soldier Jonathan "Jonah" Mar hates weapons and those who deal them. But when Koko Hekmatyar, an international arms dealer, takes on Jonah as one of her bodyguards, he has little choice but to take up arms. Along with Koko's other bodyguards, composed mostly of former special-ops soldiers, Jonah is now tasked with protecting Koko and her overly idealistic goal of world peace from the countless dangers that come from her line of work.
Jormungand follows Koko, Jonah, and the rest of crew as they travel the world selling weapons under the international shipping company HCLI. As Koko's work is illegal under international law, she is forced to constantly sidestep both local and international authorities while doing business with armies, private militaries, and militias. With the CIA always hot on her trail, and assassins around every corner, Jonah and the crew must guard Koko and her dream of world peace with their lives or die trying.

Edna (エドナ Edona) is an Earth seraph in Tales of Zestiria. She distrusts humans and behaves mostly apathetic, but will become emotional when the situation involves her only living family member, her older brother. Her true name is Hephsin Yulind (ハクヂィム＝ユーバ Hakudimu Yuuba), meaning "Early-Bloomer Edna". Edna has fairly short blond hair, which becomes a brighter yellow toward the tips. There is a black-headband in her hair, and her side ponytail is tied with a green ribbon. She has blue eyes, and on her neck, she wears a black-ribboned necklace with a small, hanging jewel. Edna wears a short yellow and white dress with a big flowery bow on the back. She also wears a single brown glove wrapped in the same ribbon used to tie her hair on her right hand. She has big brown boots with buckles and yellow ribbons wrapped around her legs. She uses her umbrella to protect herself. While acting and looking apathetic, she likes teasing people, especially Mikleo and Rose. Edna also displays the ability to overpower stronger hellions through intimidation, causing them to cower in fear. She also easily becomes blasé and has a tendency to sound bored when attacking low-level enemies.

Synopsis

A dispassionate, withdrawn assassin, Golden Darkness is hired by one of Lala's arranged suitors, Lacospo to kill Rito, until she breaks the contract, noting the true nature behind her target. Golden Darkness is currently staying on Earth, roaming around the city streets and Sainan High, with a motivation to continue her duty to assassinate Rito, although she has yet to accomplish this (hinting she only said this as an excuse to stay on Earth, which is then confirmed). Commonly referred as "Yami-chan", she spends her time reading books and magazines, while eating taiyaki (it is the only thing she eats on Earth since it is the first food offered by Rito, prior to spending a night at the Yuuki residence for a sukiyaki dinner). By her planet's calculations, she is 24 thousand years-old (as shown in season 1 where the job applicant stops Konjiki no Yami just before she was about to say 'thousand'), despite having the appearance of an 11-year-old (albeit a rather mature one), although this is only mentioned in the anime and has a weakness towards anything slimy.

 Rias Gremory (リアス・グレモリー Riasu Guremorī) is the main female protagonist of the series; she revives Issei after he is killed by Raynare.[LN 1 afterword] A tall red-haired devil with a voluptuous body, she is a third-year top-ranking high school student at Kuoh; she is also the leader of the Occult Research Club, which is a front for her devil team, of which she is the King.[S1 ep 3] Known as the Crimson-Haired Ruin Princess (紅髪の滅殺姫 Benigami no Ruin Purinsesu) and the heiress to the Gremory family of devils, she goes to a normal high school where she does not have to flaunt her status.[S1 ep 5] Marchi, who also wrote the English anime adaptation script, says that Rias is a straightforward character who is not as sassy as the redheaded anime girls she sees in other shows.[2] Rias develops feelings for Issei over the course of the series. In the storyline where she is to be Riser Phoenix's fiancee, she resigns her Rating Game against him in order to save Issei;[S1 ep 11] however, after Issei subsequently defeats Riser, she kisses him and moves into his family's home.[S1 ep 12] She does not mind being intimate with Issei,[S2 ep 1] but gets upset when other girls want to steal him away.
